Research Computing

RIT's Research Computing has a number of resources available for use by scientists from RIT and others. The main resources contain two HPC clusters, an SMP machine, and Condor for HTC.

512mb RAM each (2) 1.4GHZ Pentium 3 Xeon Processors 36GB hard drive for system: 10,000 RPM SCSI

1 IBM Rackmount Server for the Head Node

2GB RAM (2) 2.0GHZ Pentium 4 Xeon Processors (6) 36GB 10,000 RPM SCSI (RAID 5)

The information about these clusters is incomplete and inaccurate. The clusters are not part of CASCI and access to them is likely to be restricted by their owners.
