Community Contributions
Each student will have one or more task assigned to assure that the work burdon of maintaining this Wiki and the space in CASCI is distributed. In many cases the positions are coordination tasks, that means you need to coordinate with others how to fulfill this task. You will be responsible of the delivery. In some cases that means you may have to do the task yourself in order to guarantee timely execution.
- For example, assume you are the Fridge Coordinator. You may decide to design a sign-up sheet and assign each student to serve as Fridge cleaner. You will assign a predetermined time every two weeks and you check if the fridge cleaning was conducted (a check mark by the cleaner on the sheet with the date). If the fridge is not clean confront the person that had fridge duty and remind them about cleaning it. A simple task and easy to do through delegation. Make sure you send e-mail reminders to people when they need to clean the fridge.
